Aluminum Cross Pads

Aluminum Cross Pads are designed for detail grinding, deburring, and polishing in tight or curved interior spaces. Each pad consists of layered flaps arranged in an “X” shape, allowing it to conform to bores, tubes, and channel shapes where flat abrasives can't reach.

These pads use aluminum oxide grain, offering a reliable balance between cut rate and durability. They’re suitable for general-purpose finishing on materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

• 1" x 3/8" (3/48" arbor)
• 1-1/2" x 1/2" (8/32" arbor)
• 2" x 1/2" (8/32" arbor)
• 3" x 1" (¼"-20 arbor)

Each size is sold in a 5-pack and compatible with mandrels for rotary tools and die grinders. These pads are often used for interior deburring, weld blending, and refining small part features. Their flexible structure maintains even pressure on curved or irregular surfaces, resulting in a more consistent finish.
