RETURN POLICY
In the event that you may need to make a return on a product you ordered incorrectly, please note our return policy:
- Please contact us to get your return authorization # (RMA#).
- Returns made prior to obtaining a return authorization will not be processed.
- All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped back to our designated return center (this address will be provided along with your RMA#).
- Items must be new/unused. A copy of your invoice or packing slip must be included with the returned items.
RMA Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. Any refunds will be processed once the goods have been returned and checked to confirm the item is new/unused.
Claims of discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipts of products. Contact us and we’ll correct the error. Claims of discrepancies that fall outside of the 7 day window will not be honored.
