4” X 5/8”-11 THREADED ARROW TYPE DIAMOND GRINDING CUP WHEEL

Built for aggressive surface grinding, leveling, and material removal, the Benchmark Abrasives 4” Arrow Type Diamond Grinding Cup Wheel is designed for concrete, granite, marble, masonry, and natural stone. Its arrow-style diamond segments provide a concentrated grinding profile for removing high spots, smoothing uneven surfaces, and preparing hard mineral materials for the next stage of work.

The compact 4” diameter gives operators excellent control for edge work, localized leveling, and smaller surface-preparation jobs. A threaded 5/8"-11 UNC hub mounts directly to compatible grinders, while the 7 mm diamond segments provide a tall diamond-bearing wear section for demanding construction, renovation, and stone applications.

Compatible examples include:

• Milwaukee® 6117-33D Angle Grinder — 11,000 RPM maximum; 5/8"-11 threaded mounting with the manufacturer’s 4"/5" surface-grinding dust shroud. For dry grinding when permitted by the wheel marking.

Other models may also fit. Match the mounting, speed rating and required guard to your tool.

Safety Tips

• Never exceed the wheel’s maximum rated speed of 13,580 RPM.
• Inspect the diamond segments, steel body, and threaded hub before each use.
• Do not use a cracked, damaged, bent, or excessively worn cup wheel.
• Confirm the grinder uses the correct 5/8"-11 threaded spindle.
• Thread the cup wheel fully and securely onto the spindle according to the grinder manufacturer’s instructions.
• Use a guard or dust shroud designed for diamond cup-wheel grinding.
• Maintain controlled contact with the work surface and avoid excessive pressure.
• Do not use this cup wheel as a cut-off blade.
• Use only the grinding method marked on the wheel and approved for the machine. Never add water to a dry-use grinder.
• Use appropriate eye, hearing, respiratory, hand, and other required personal protective equipment.
• Grinding concrete, masonry, granite, marble, and other silica-containing materials can generate respirable silica dust. Use appropriate water-delivery or dust-extraction controls.
