4-1/2" X 7/8" CERAMIC FLAP DISC - MIXED GRIT 10 PACK
Built for fabricators who want a complete ceramic grinding range in one box, this 4-1/2" ceramic flap disc mixed grit pack includes five grit levels for everything from aggressive stock removal through blending and finish refinement. Ceramic grain continually fractures during use to expose sharp new cutting edges, helping the discs cut fast, stay productive under pressure, and run cooler during demanding grinding on hard metals.
Each pack includes two discs each in 36, 40, 60, 80, and 120 grit, giving you a balanced progression from heavy material removal to finer surface preparation. Compared with zirconia, ceramic is the step-up choice when you need more aggressive cutting performance on harder metals and sustained grinding under heavier pressure.
Choose the profile that matches the work: T27 has a flat face and is preferred for shaped and non-flat surfaces such as posts, gates, risers, tubing, and fabricated assemblies, while T29 has a 15° angled face that ergonomically approaches flat surfaces and is preferred for applications such as grinding down bead welds. Both variants use regular-density ceramic flaps supported by X-weight polycotton cloth and a fiberglass backing plate.

The pack gives you a complete ceramic grit progression: 36 grit for the most aggressive stock removal, 40 grit for heavy grinding, 60 and 80 grit for general grinding and blending, and 120 grit for finer refinement.
Machine Compatibility
Designed for compatible 4-1/2" to 5" angle grinders using a 7/8" mounting system.
