4-1/2" X 7/8" T27 CERAMIC FLAP DISC - 1 PIECE
Built for aggressive grinding on hard metals, this 4-1/2" T27 ceramic flap disc uses premium ceramic grain that continually fractures to expose sharp new cutting edges during use. That self-sharpening action helps ceramic cut fast, stay productive under pressure, and run cooler during demanding stock removal, weld cleanup, blending, and surface preparation.
The flat T27 profile is especially well suited for shaped and non-flat workpieces such as fence posts, gates, risers, tubing, edges, and fabricated assemblies. Compared with zirconia, ceramic is the step-up choice when you need more aggressive cutting performance on harder metals and sustained grinding under heavier pressure.
Available in 36 through 120 grit, this disc gives fabricators a full working range from heavy stock removal through blending and finish refinement. The ceramic abrasive is supported by X-weight polycotton cloth and a fiberglass backing plate for the durability and control needed in demanding fabrication, maintenance, and repair work.
