4-1/2" X 7/8" T27 ZIRCONIA HIGH DENSITY FLAP DISC - MIXED GRIT 10 PACK
Built for fabricators who want multiple grinding stages in one box, this 4-1/2" T27 zirconia high density mixed grit pack combines four useful grit levels with a Jumbo flap-disc construction. Each disc uses more flaps and a thicker abrasive profile than a regular-density disc, giving you increased abrasive capacity while the self-sharpening zirconia grain continually exposes fresh cutting edges under the heat and pressure of metal grinding.
The flat T27 profile is especially well suited for shaped and non-flat workpieces such as fence posts, gates, risers, tubing, edges, and fabricated assemblies. The assortment lets you move from aggressive stock removal through general grinding, blending, and finer surface refinement without buying separate full packs of every grit.
With three 40 grit, three 60 grit, three 80 grit, and one 120 grit disc, this 10-pack is weighted toward the grits most commonly used for grinding and blending while still including a finer option for final refinement. Combined with High Density/Jumbo construction and durable zirconia grain, it is a practical shop pack for fabrication, maintenance, repair, and general metalworking.

The assortment gives you four working stages in one pack: 40 grit for aggressive material removal, 60 grit for general grinding, 80 grit for blending and refinement, and 120 grit for finer finishing work.
Machine Compatibility
Designed for compatible 4-1/2" to 5" angle grinders using a 7/8" mounting system.
For a Benchmark option, use the Benchmark Abrasives 4-1/2" corded angle grinder, which supports compatible 7/8" bore accessories.
Because High Density/Jumbo flap discs are thicker than regular-density discs, always confirm that the grinder's guard, flanges, and mounting hardware provide proper clearance before use. The grinder's operating speed must not exceed the flap disc's 13,300 RPM maximum.
