Built specifically for welds and corners that standard flat-face flap discs struggle to reach, this 4-1/2" curved zirconia flap disc combines aggressive grinding performance with purpose-designed curved abrasive edges. The zirconia grain continually exposes fresh cutting edges as the flaps wear, helping maintain strong cutting performance during demanding weld cleanup, blending, and fabrication work.

The curved geometry is the key advantage. It improves access into fillet welds, inside corners, and other recessed areas where conventional T27 and T29 profiles cannot maintain effective abrasive contact.
