Built specifically for demanding welds and tight joint areas, this 4-1/2" curved ceramic flap disc combines aggressive ceramic cutting performance with purpose-designed curved abrasive edges. Ceramic grain continually fractures during use to expose sharp new cutting edges, helping the disc stay productive under pressure while cutting cooler during heavy weld cleanup, stock removal, and blending.

The curved geometry is the key advantage. It improves access into fillet welds, inside corners, and recessed joint areas where standard T27 and T29 profiles cannot maintain effective abrasive contact. This gives welders better access and control when grinding, blending, and refining complex joint geometry.

The disc retains a T27-style face for broader surface contact while adding curved abrasive edges for detailed weld work.
