Benchmark Abrasives 7" x .045" x 7/8" T1 premium thin cut-off wheels are built for larger metal-cutting jobs where extra reach and cutting depth matter. The thin .045" profile keeps the kerf narrow while the 7" diameter gives fabricators more usable wheel reach for larger tubing, pipe, structural components, and general fabrication work.
Made with aluminum oxide abrasive grain, these flat Type 1 wheels are designed for cutting steel, stainless steel, and other approved metals. The combination of a large 7" diameter and thin cutting profile makes this wheel a strong choice for fabrication, welding, maintenance, repair, and shop applications where smaller wheels may not provide enough reach.
With a 7/8" arbor and an 8,600 RPM maximum rating, this wheel is designed for compatible 7" angle grinders equipped for Type 1 cut-off wheel use. Use it only on grinders specifically rated for 7" wheels and fitted with the proper cut-off guard, flanges, and mounting hardware.

Use the proper Type 1 cut-off guard and mounting hardware specified for the grinder. Always verify wheel diameter, arbor size, maximum RPM, flange configuration, and guard setup before operation.
Do not install this wheel on a smaller grinder simply because the arbor fits.
