Air saw blades are specifically designed for use in pneumatic saws for thin sheet metal applications. These blades are heavy-duty air reciprocating saws that can cut flat and curved surfaces easily. The air saw blades are engineered for high-speed metal cutting requirements. It has a body constructed with aircraft-grade aluminum which makes it highly durable and resistant to corrosion and other chemical actions. Our air saw blade features powerful teeth of hardened, high-speed steel which are electron beam welded onto a spring steel backing. Its high-speed steel teeth provide a strong, long-lasting cutting edge and can cut a wide range of materials, trims, and shapes light plate steel, sheet metal, and plastics. Auger Bits
Benchmark’s Nail Busting Auger drill bits are used to drill holes into wood and other applications. It has screw tips that bore into wood easily with a full flute twist along their length to make clean holes. The flute cleans and remove as much of the chips and dust that are produced during drilling as possible. The auger bit features dual cutting blades which make balanced drilling and nail cutting a breeze. They are commonly used for boring holes into bulkheads and general timber applications. They are an ideal way for drilling in most kinds of woods as it can effortlessly bore holes in wood and make easy work of embedded nails, easily cutting through the nail without damage.

Carbide Burrs
Carbide Burrs are suitable for deburring, shaping, and enlarging holes when working with metal. The correct carbide burr set will depend on the materials you want to shape. Tungsten carbide rotary burrs are often used on all metals, including steel, chrome steel, and aluminum. Benchmark’s carbide burrs are available either as an aluma cut for non ferrous materials or double-cut for Steel and other ferrous metals. They are ideal for the rapid removal of sharp edges and excess metal material and for cleaning up welds, grinding weld beads, shaping parts, smoothing rough castings. Our 1/8” shank burrs are great for small carving projects with complex detailing.

A Hack Saw is a type of hand-powered tool designed exactly for cutting through materials such as plastic, steel, and other metals. These Hack saws are a variant of the traditional hand saw, typically used for cutting wood, and have become a staple tool for professionals and hobbyists alike.

Benchmark Abrasives Hole Saw Arbors are durable, heavy-duty, carbon steel arbors that come complete with pilot drills. Also known as a mandrel, they securely connect the bi-metal hole saws to the intended tool for making holes. The hole saw mandrel is versatile and can be used with several Hole saw diameters. These hole saw arbor allows you to change saws easily and efficiently.

Benchmark Abrasives Spade Bits are constructed from heat-treated high-speed steel, precision ground out of a solid piece for accurate precise holes in wood applications. A central cutting point self-centers the bit and provides fast starts and the double cutting flutes eliminate splintering while drilling holes. These bits also feature a cavity and fisheye hole making removal of debris and plugs a breeze. The quick-change hex shank can be used in power drills as well as impact drivers for added torque.
Spade Bits, also commonly known as paddle bits, and has a wide, flat blade, are used to bore holes through wood quickly. The flat paddle design features a sharp cutting edge, ensures the hole smooth clean.
