Protect yourself from the neck up for under $100.  This Full PPE combo kit brings together the protection of our Grinder hood, our N95 Respirator and our Behind the Head Earmuffs for complete protection of your hearing, vision and respiratory system!

The complete PPE combo kit includes:

1 x Grinder Hood w/lens

1 x additional replacement lens for the grinder hood

1 x N95 Niosh approved Respirator 

1 x pair of Niosh approved P100 filters

1 x pair of Niosh approved organic cartridge for gases or vapors

1 x pair of filter retainer cages for use with organic vapor carts.

Whether you are working in a dust-filled environment, deal with gases and vapors or both at the same time.  This kit has you covered. The P100 filters are perfect for dust filled environments, and the organic cartridges for vapor filled environments.  If your work environment contains both you can add a N95 filter pad and a retainer filter cage to the organic cartridge for additional protection.

Use Specifications – N95 Respirator

• This series of half facepiece respirator adopts the design of air-purifying half facepiece respirator. This half facepiece respirator does not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
• Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).
• Not for use in unknown environment or the environment where contaminant concentration exceeds the maximum allowable use concentration established by regulatory standards.
• People who cannot closely fit the half facepiece respirator due to beard, facial hair, and facial burns, etc.
• Not for use when the half facepiece respirator is deformed due to incorrect wearing or carelessly used.
• Do not alter, abuse or misuse this half facepiece respirator.

Grinder Hood

• DO NOT use this product for sand blasting, the lens and plastic shell are not rated for this application
• The clear lens the hood comes with is intended for eye protection ONLY, using this PPE device for welding applications will result in injury.  For welding applications please purchase the clip system and subsequent lens shades to get the proper level of shade protection required for your application.
  
• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.

N95 Respirator

• Ensure you choose a filtration media that is "appropriate for the chemical state and physical form of the contaminant" present.
• If the respirator half facepiece respirator becomes damaged during use, leave contaminated area immediately. Leave the contaminated area immediately and ask supervisor for help if you smell or taste contaminants or if dizziness, irritation or other discomfort occurs
• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
• The use of the Benchmark Abrasives Non-Powered Air-Purifying Half Facepiece Respirator G510 series must comply with the instructions, restrictions, and warnings in this User Instruction manual. It can protect against airborne contaminants only when it is used. This series of half facepiece respirator has been approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), please refer to the NIOSH Approval Label. This series of half facepiece respirator can provide respiratory protection against certain airborne contaminants according to the use restrictions of OSHA federal regulations and other applicable regulations when used with certified cartridges or particulate filters.
• Before occupational use of this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local government requirements. In the United States, employers must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 which includes medical evaluation, training, and fit testing.

 Behind The Head Earmuffs

• Cushions should be wiped clean after each use Cushions & foam pads should be washed in warm soapy water at least once a week It is recommended to check cushions and foam pads for damage as these may deteriorate with use Replace earmuffs as and when necessary
• For optimum performance, the cups of the earmuff must completely cover your ears and should seal tightly against the head. Anything that interferes with the seal such as long hair, thick or poorly fitting spectacles, pencils, or caps will lessen the protection. Do not bend or reshape the headband as this will cause a loose fit and sound leakage.
• WARNING TO USER: This hearing protector helps to reduce exposure to hazardous noise and other loud sounds. Misuse or improper use of this device will reduce its effectiveness. The device must be properly selected, fitted and worn during exposures to harmful noise.
• Read the instruction manual before use. Failure to do so may result in serious injury including temporary or permanent hearing loss or deafness.
• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
