Benchmark Abrasives Pneumatic Quick Change Sander – Pistol Grip is designed for high-speed, no-orbit sanding in tight spaces, small panels, and precision surface work. Built for professional body shops and fabrication environments, this compact air-powered sander puts powerful performance in the palm of your hand with an intuitive pistol grip and tool-less disc swap system.

The pistol-style body delivers ergonomic comfort and improved control over extended use, with a textured grip that helps steady the tool under load. A smooth, responsive throttle lets operators feather speed for delicate blending or power through aggressive material removal. The quick change sanding system lets you swap abrasive pads in seconds, helping keep you in the zone and out of the tool crib.

With a high free-speed around 17,000 RPM and a rugged pneumatic design, it’s ideal for automotive bodywork, weld scale removal, rust and paint prep, blending, and other surface refinement tasks.

Use in combination with our 2" or 3” Quick Change Discs; pad can be swapped out for a 2" backing for tighter grinds
