N95 Niosh Approved Disposbale Respirator Mask – With Valve

Benchmark Abrasives disposable respirator masks with valve are a great one-size-fits-most mask for occasional use.

The valved N95 disposable respirator mask provides all of the same benefits as the non-valved version with the addition of a one way valve for easier exhalation.

The masks feature individually adjustable aluminum nose clips for excellent customized fit, high density urethane foam nosepieces for unparalleled comfort and ultrasonic welded head straps to ensure a secure seal and eliminate the occasional strap breakage that renders masks useless.

The patented collapsable design allows for the masks to be folded vertically down the seam, this allows for easy storage in your pocket when not in use as well as eliminates the damage other masks incur by being smashed down or crumpled under another object.

Service Time Limitations

• Do not use the same respirator for more than 8 hours, continuous or intermittent, in dirty workplaces that could result in high filter loading.
• Leave contaminated area and remove respirator if breathing becomes difficult or proper fit cannot be obtained or the respirator is damaged, soiled, or distorted. Do not use the same respirator again once it has been used in contaminated area.
• The maximum service time of this respirator is five (5) consecutive calendar days (including days of non-use), beginning from the first day of use.

Safety Tips & Techniques:

• Ensure you choose a filtration media that is "appropriate for the chemical state and physical form of the contaminant" present.
• If the respirator half facepiece respirator becomes damaged during use, leave contaminated area immediately. Leave the contaminated area immediately and ask supervisor for help if you smell or taste contaminants or if dizziness, irritation or other discomfort occurs.
• These respirators do not protect against the risk of contacting disease or illness.
• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection. Keep all guards in place on your machine.
