Introducing Benchmark Abrasives N95 respirators (PPERN95), a lightweight, NIOSH approved half mask respirator designed to fit comfortably with our popular Grinder Hood (an industry best-selling grinding face shield).

Unlike our competitors, the PPERN95 has a face flange that is made from silicone. Silicon is less likely to cause skin swelling and itching or other allergic reactions compared to standard rubber materials. The flange helps to create the seal around the mouth and nose, keeping airborne particles out of your airways. Comfortably wear your mask for all-day wear.

The PPERN95 also employs a patented butterfly-shaped exhalation valve which ensures smooth breathing for the wearer and reduces discomfort caused by hot/humid breath. The patented slide rail buckle front plate which covers the valve can be removed easily for access to the valved area as well as maintenance and cleaning.

The PPERN95 can be used with just about any snap-on filters on the market. Fit your mask with our P100 pancake particulate filters, organic vapor cartridges…or stick the brand you like, they will fit our mask!

Use Specifications:

• This series of half facepiece respirator adopts the design of air-purifying half facepiece respirator. This half facepiece respirator does not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
• Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).
• Not for use in unknown environment or the environment where contaminant concentration exceeds the maximum allowable use concentration established by regulatory standards.
• People who cannot closely fit the half facepiece respirator due to beard, facial hair, and facial burns, etc.
• Not for use when the half facepiece respirator is deformed due to incorrect wearing or carelessly used.
• Do not alter, abuse or misuse this half facepiece respirator.

  • Organic Vapor Cartridges – Protects against gases or vapors including chlorine, hydrogen chloride, and sulfur dioxide.
  • Combo (Organic Vapor Cartridge with Filter Retainer and N95 Filter Pad) – combines the protection of the P100 and the Organic Cartridges together.

Safety Tips & Techniques:

• Ensure you choose a filtration media that is "appropriate for the chemical state and physical form of the contaminant" present.
• If the respirator half facepiece respirator becomes damaged during use, leave contaminated area immediately. Leave the contaminated area immediately and ask supervisor for help if you smell or taste contaminants or if dizziness, irritation or other discomfort occurs.
• The use of the Benchmark Abrasives Non-Powered Air-Purifying Half Facepiece Respirator G510 series must comply with the instructions, restrictions, and warnings in this User Instruction manual. It can protect against airborne contaminants only when it is used. This series of half facepiece respirator has been approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), please refer to the NIOSH Approval Label. This series of half facepiece respirator can provide respiratory protection against certain airborne contaminants according to the use restrictions of OSHA federal regulations and other applicable regulations when used with certified cartridges or particulate filters.
• Before occupational use of this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local government requirements. In the United States, employers must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 which includes medical evaluation, training, and fit testing.
