2" GREEN ZIRCONIA (ZIRC) QUICK CHANGE DISCS - 25 PACK

Benchmark Abrasives 2" Green Zirconia (Zirc) Quick Change Discs combine the effectiveness and versatility of Zirconia cloth discs with the convenience of the quick-change roll-on backing. These quick-change sanding discs provide the perfect size for both tightly-contoured, hard-to-reach sections and larger surface areas. These Green Zirconia quick change discs are coated with a grinding aid that ensures faster cutting, cooler cutting, and longer working life than standard zirconia discs. The grinding aid gives the discs a green color on their abrasive face. The discs adhere to a Type R backing (equivalent to the 3M Roloc fastening system).

These quick change discs are made with a unique, self-sharpening zirconia grain designed for aggressive stock removal, enhanced surface quality, and long life. This zirconia rapid change disc is used on flat or contoured surfaces for general grinding, dimensioning parts, metal stock removal, deburring, removing sealant corrosion, levelling, finishing castings, and forgings or blending/polishing.

• Product requires a 2” Type R quick change backing pad to be used
• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
