4-1/2" X 7/8" T27 ZIRCONIA FLAP DISC - 10 PACK
Built for demanding grinding and fabrication work, these 4-1/2" T27 zirconia flap discs combine aggressive stock removal with the control needed for blending, deburring, and surface preparation. The self-sharpening zirconia grain continually exposes fresh cutting edges as the flaps wear, helping maintain strong cutting performance under the heat and pressure of metal grinding.
The flat T27 profile is especially well suited for shaped and non-flat workpieces such as fence posts, gates, risers, tubing, edges, and fabricated assemblies. Its overlapping flap construction allows each disc to grind, blend, and progressively refine the surface, making it a versatile choice for fabrication, maintenance, and repair work.
Benchmark Abrasives flap discs are manufactured on computer-controlled equipment for consistent flap placement and construction, and these discs contain 25–50% more abrasive material than competing standard flap discs.
