Built for precision cutting in hard, brittle tile materials, the Benchmark Abrasives 4” Thin Porcelain & Tile Diamond Blade is designed to deliver clean, controlled cuts through porcelain, tile, and granite. Its thin cutting profile is intended for finish-sensitive work where minimizing material loss and reducing edge damage are more important than the aggressive stock removal of a general-purpose masonry blade.

The compact 4” diameter gives installers and fabricators excellent control for trimming, detail work, and smaller-format cuts, while wet operation helps cool the cutting edge and manage debris. Machine Compatibility

For use with 4” wet tile and masonry saws.

Compatible examples include:

• FLEX® CS 40 Wet Masonry Saw — 12,000 RPM; wet cutting with 7/8" mounting. Confirm the 4" blade’s reach, guard clearance and water delivery in this 5"-capacity saw.

Other models may also fit. Match the mounting, speed rating and required guard to your tool. Use continuous water flow as directed by the blade and saw instructions.

Safety Tips

• Never exceed the blade’s maximum rated speed of 13,580 RPM.
• This blade is intended for wet cutting only.
• Maintain the water supply required by the machine throughout cutting.
• Inspect the blade, cutting edge, arbor opening, and flanges before each use.
• Do not use a damaged, cracked, bent, or distorted blade.
• Match the 7/8" / 5/8" arbor configuration to the machine’s approved mounting arrangement.
• Never enlarge the arbor opening or use improvised or loose reducing bushings.
• Use the guard and flange system required by the machine manufacturer.
• Allow the blade to cut at its own rate; excessive pressure can increase heat and reduce cut quality.
• Do not side-load or grind with the sides of the blade unless the exact accessory is specifically approved for that operation.
• Use appropriate eye, hearing, respiratory, and other required personal protective equipment.
• Cutting granite and other silica-containing materials can generate respirable silica. Maintain the required water-delivery and other task-appropriate dust-control measures.
