2" Ceramic Quick Change Discs feature a cool-running ceramic cloth abrasive bonded to an R-Type roll-on hub, delivering rapid stock removal, grinding, deburring, and finishing on heat-sensitive metals like stainless, aluminum, high-nickel alloys, and titanium; the built-in grinding aid curbs heat, glazing, and loading, while the resin-bonded ceramic grains ensure strong retention and heat-moisture resistance, making these discs ideal for flat, contoured, or hard-to-reach areas where larger tools cannot fit.

1/2" x 18" Ceramic Sanding Belts—made in the USA—pair premium micro-fracturing ceramic grains with a tough, bi-directional polyester cloth backing for wet or dry use, delivering cool, lightning-fast stock removal, long life, and precise cuts on mild and carbon steel, stainless, cobalt, chrome, Inconel, titanium, and more; ideal for deburring, shaping, weld removal, dimensioning, finishing, and blade sharpening in either run direction.

4-1/2" x 7/8" T29 Zirconia High Density Flap Disc uses premium European zirconia cloth and packs 40 % more abrasive per flap than standard discs, giving you aggressive stock removal and smooth blending on any metal; its layered design constantly reveals fresh, self-sharpening grains that endure higher heat and pressure than aluminum oxide for longer life. Built on computer-controlled machines and rigorously tested for safety, the disc’s 15° angled face is ideal for grinding flat welds and plate, while our flat-face T27 version excels on contoured surfaces.

Safety Tips:

• For less stock removal try using a lighter touch or a feathered approach to your grinding.  Flap discs are like grinding wheels with power steering!
• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
