4-1/2" x 7/8" T27 Flap Disc for Aluminum with Stearate Coating are manufactured using European zirconia cloth. The European material is superior due to its uniform particle size and premium blend of ingredients. These discs exceed our other flap discs by packing 40% more abrasives on each snippet than our regular density discs. In addition, all discs are manufactured on computer-controlled machines and subject to numerous tests which ensure high quality and greater safety.
Premium Thin Cut-off Wheel provides premium performance and increases productivity. This disc is designed for use in angle grinders and is ideal for non-ferrous materials. These Cut off Wheels are designed for cutting aluminum, copper, zinc, magnesium and other non-ferrous materials. These wheels are internally reinforced with high tensile strength fiberglass. It offers fast cool cutting that allows the operator to work with minimum pressure and a reduced heat-affected zone during cutting minimizes burr creation. These cut off wheels are like a hot knife through butter and the best part is there is no gumming them up.
