SAW BLADE LUBRICANT FOR DRY CUT BLADES

Benchmark Abrasives saw blade lubricant takes your metal cutting to the next level.  This lubricant is great for extending the useful life of your Tungsten Carbide Teeth Saw Bladed (TCT) as well as Band Saw blades, Scroll Saw Blades, Hack Saw Blades and Reciprocating Saw Blades.  The specially engineered tube wax will coat the cutting edge of your blades teeth, providing quick clog free cuts.

Turn your machine off, pull back your protective shroud covering the blade teeth and gently apply the wax to both side of the blade) rotating the blade by hand to ensure you coat the entire blade).  It’s that easy!  Turn the machine on and enjoy the ride.

Applying the wax every 10-12 cuts is the optimal application rate to ensure the best blade life.

• Bring the cleaning stick to the sanding material for 3 to 6 seconds to fully unclog the sanding disc or belt.

• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
