The included Right Angle Pneumatic Quick Change Sander operates at up to 15,000 RPM and can run 2" Type R Quick Change Discs when equipped with an appropriate 2" Type R backing pad.

The supplied sander includes a 3" Type R pad and wrench. Fit a compatible 2" Type R backing pad, sold separately, before using the 2" discs in this bundle.

Safety Tips

• Always wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses with a face shield as needed, hearing protection, respiratory protection when required, and suitable hand protection.
• Never exceed 90 PSI with the included pneumatic sander.
• Use only a properly sized 2" Type R backing pad with the 2" discs in this assortment.
• Inspect the disc and backing pad before every use.
• Make sure the disc is completely engaged with the Type R attachment before operating the machine.
• Verify the maximum RPM rating of the installed abrasive before use.
• Never exceed the abrasive manufacturer's maximum operating speed.
• The stripper discs in this bundle have a lower maximum speed than the other quick-change products and must not exceed 16,000 RPM.
• The included sander operates at up to 15,000 RPM.
• Disconnect the air supply before installing, removing, or changing discs or backing pads.
• Apply controlled pressure and allow the abrasive grain to perform the cutting.
• Excessive pressure can increase heat, shorten abrasive life, and reduce finishing control.
• Avoid excessive edge loading that can damage the abrasive or backing pad.
• Direct sparks and grinding debris away from yourself, other people, combustible materials, and sensitive surfaces.
• Use the included abrasives for dry applications only.
• Prolonged exposure to vibration and repetitive motion can contribute to hand, wrist, and arm strain.
