What keeps you motivated throughout the day?
This quote inspires and motivates me everyday: “The idea is not to live forever but to create something that will” – Andy Warhol, I want to build a legacy business for my family and generations to come.

My favourite shop tool would be my industrial automatic heated parts washer, saves me a lot of cleaning time!

I really enjoy making the one off custom pieces, I have many favourites but my latest custom creation was an custom one of a kind turbo Honda coffee table
If you could have any job as it relates to question 1 what would it be and what would you do with that?
The work I do in my business is my fulltime job and I love what I do, so I wouldn’t change anything with my work life,

What BA product is your favorite and why?
Grinder flap discs are my favourite.
What BA product surprised you in terms of quality - what about it set it apart from the competition?
I find the flap discs seem to last a lot longer and work faster than others.

What tips and tricks do you have for us that might be different or eye opening for others to try with BA product?
Let the tool do the work, no need to put too much pressure on the tools and consumables.
If there was one person you could collaborate with - who would it be and why?
Tom from Cold Hard Art, his work is incredible, and he is very inspiring.

Do you have any advice for the next generation that you wish you had when you first started?
It's never too late to start and when you love what you do work never feels like work.
What are your future plans for your shop?
We are always getting busier so always in need of an extra set of hands, looking for another employee!

A Note From Leo
Thanks for sharing your story with us, Andrew! I've come across engine coffee tables before but everyone makes something unique and it's always great seeing how visions differ from one visionary to another. Wish I lived closer to you, would be happy to lend a hand. :)
